Revision R040271a has been sent

Test readers should have received R.040217a in their Kindle Libraries as of now.

The following are changes in this version:

Renumbered chapters.

Used HTML format for conversion, and it looks like all of the Chapter and Sub-Chapter headings are consistently colorized.

Added chapters. We are now into the 59th chapter.

Since the book cover artwork was designed for a spine covering 400 pages, I only have 23 pages more to finish this book!

Chapter spacing and indents are working better, although some two line dialog segments would look better with a hanging indent. Not sure that is possible with the current conversion method I'm using (Calibre).
