Changes in this revision include edits, and chapter moves/insertions.

'Message in a Bottle' was moved to a point earlier in the chapter sequence to allow for the insertion of 'Solitude of the Hunt' and 'All for One'. This also required some transition edits in the first paragraph of 'Enduring the Trial'. I may revisit this later and expand these edits into another chapter, but we'll see what the test readers have to say.

Diana Paradise asked for me interaction with the X'Ah-Panths in the earlier chapters and the 'Solitude of the Hunt' is a good start on fulfilling that request. I think it works. It also introduces another mystery and antagonist that will be brought into focus more in Book #2, 'Rage of Harmony'.
